Oxford County is committed to working with our community partners to enhance the quality of life for all residents, including the youngest among us.  Through collaboration, innovation and dedication, a supportive network of child care and early years services can be built to nurture children and families in Oxford County. 

The Child Care and Early Years System Plan 2025-2029 has been developed to support the overall well-being of families in Oxford County, centered on five key priorities:

  • Increasing access to child care and early years programs and services
  • Supporting inclusive and responsive programs and services
  • Enhancing the quality of child care and early years programs and services
  • Providing more affordable child care and early years programs and services
  • Using evidence to improve outcomes for children and families
