Large Item Collection
Oxford County’s Large Item Collection program takes place in the spring of each year. This service allows residents to dispose of items that are too large to be placed into regular garbage and/or that would normally be required to dispose of at the Waste Management Facility, for instance furniture, construction materials or household hazardous waste.
This is a residential program only.
Program requirements

- Place no more than one metre from the curb
- Items must be set out on your property, do not place across the road or in ditches, and easily visible (clear of tall grass)
- Maximum weight of any item is 45 kg (100 lbs)
