IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION by the County of Oxford for approval to expropriate the lands in the Town of Ingersoll, Oxford County being:

registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Oxford (No. 41), for the municipal purpose of facilitating the infrastructure and road improvements to the intersection of Oxford Road 119 (Harris Street) and Clarke Road intersection, as well as the widening of Oxford Road 119 from Clarke Road to Highway 401, in the Town of Ingersoll, together with ancillary works associated thereto.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made for approval to expropriate the interest in the lands described hereinbefore.
Any owner of lands in respect of which notice is given who desires a hearing into whether the taking of such land is fair, sound and reasonably necessary in the achievement of the objectives of the expropriating authority shall so notify the approving authority in writing:
a) in the case of a registered owner, served personally or by registered mail within thirty (30) days after the registered owner is served with the notice, or, when the registered owner is served by publication, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice; and,
b) in the case of an owner who is not a registered owner, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice.
