Declaration of surplus property, William Street South, Tavistock

Township of East Zorra-Tavistock, PIN 00247-0737(LT) 

In accordance with Oxford County’s Disposal of Land policy, Oxford County Council proposes to declare as surplus approximately 150 metres of frontage in the Township of East Zorra-Tavistock, located along William Street South, legally described as Property Identification Numbers (PIN):

PIN 00247-0737(LT): Part Lot 34 Concession 13 (East Zorra) designated as PARTS 1, 2 and 3 on 41R-11031, Township of East Zorra-Tavistock

Public meeting

A public meeting will be held, and a by-law considered for adoption, at the Oxford County Council meeting on: 

Wednesday, August 12, 2026 - 9:30 a.m.
Oxford County Administration Building – Council Chamber
21 Reeve Street, Woodstock
