Declaration of surplus property, Karn Road, Woodstock
City of Woodstock and Township of South-West Oxford
PIN 00099-0048, 00099-0049 and 00099-0050
In accordance with Oxford County’s Policy on the Disposal of Land, Oxford County Council proposes to declare as surplus three (3.0) metres of roadway frontage in the City of Woodstock and Township of South-West Oxford, located along Karn Road between Gillespie Street and Dodge Line, legally described as Property Identification Numbers (PINs):
- PIN 00099-0048: Part Lots 27 & 28, Registrar’s Compiled Plan 1621, designated as PART 1, Reference Plan 41R-10901
- PIN 00099-0049: Part Lots 27 & 28, Registrar’s Compiled Plan 1621, designated as PART 2, Reference Plan 41R-10901
- PIN 00099-0050: Part Lot 29, Registrar’s Compiled Plan 1621, designated as PARTS 1 & 2, Reference Plan 4R-10970
Public meeting
A public meeting will be held, and a by-law considered for adoption, at the Oxford County Council meeting on:
