6.19 Debt Management 8/10/11 A debt management policy ensures that prudence and fiscal responsibility are exercised in all matters of borrowing by the County of Oxford.

6.25 Development Charge Interest Policy 5/09/25 The policy serves to ensure that there is compensating interest income to at least partially fund the lost development charges (DCs) that will result from the DC rate freeze and deferred payment requirements, as permitted under the Development Charges Act.

6.05 Extension of Municipal Water and Wastewater Services Policy 1/22/25 To provide direction on how the costs of extending water and wastewater services to previously unserviced or privately serviced areas are recovered from land developers and the consumers of such services.

6.03 Receivables Management Policy 9/09/15 Purpose is to have effective management of account receivables and consistent corporate policy to ensure the receivable management process is effective to maximize revenue retention.

6.2 Reserve Policy 1/22/25 The objective of the reserves policy is to ensure adequate working capital is available for cash flow and contingency purposes, and as a source of funding the County’s long-term capital plan, while maintaining reasonable tax rates and user fees
