Township of South-West Oxford: Lots 14 & 15, Concession 11, Dereham

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL PERSONS, in accordance with Section 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Oxford County Public Notice Policy (Section 11.0, Closing a Highway), Oxford County proposes to close a portion of road allowance for Lots 14 & 15, Concession 11 Dereham, Township of South-West Oxford, Oxford County, legally described as Part Road Allowance between Lots 14 & 15 Concession 11, Dereham, designated as Part 2, Plan 41R-10448; South-West Oxford.

A public meeting will be held and a by-law will be considered for adoption at Oxford County Council on:

Oxford County Administration Building - Council Chamber
21 Reeve Street, Woodstock, Ontario
Council meeting begins at 9:30 a.m.
Written and/or verbal comments will be considered at the Council meeting noted.
