Public Notice: Declaration of Surplus Property, 71 Cowan Street, Princeton
In accordance with Oxford County’s Policy on the Disposal of Land, Oxford County Council has put forth a proposal to consider the following land as surplus to the needs of the County.
Oxford County Council proposes to declare 71 Cowan Street, Princeton, legally described as Part of Lot 13 Concession 5 (Blenheim) designated as Part 6 on 41R-2908, Township of Blandford-Blenheim, as surplus.
A public meeting will be held, and a by-law will be considered for adoption at County Council on August 9, 2023.
Written and/or verbal comments will be considered at the Council meeting noted.
