Members of the public are invited to join County Council’s Accessibility Advisory Committee on May 25


The Accessibility Advisory Committee of Oxford County Council is inviting members of the public to the raising of the National AccessAbility Week flag.

National AccessAbility Week celebrates Canadians with disabilities from May 31 to June 6. This year’s theme, "Building a Strong, Accessible Canada," reminds us that when everyone has equitable opportunities, we all benefit.

The Accessibility Advisory Committee invites everyone to take action to advance a barrier-free country. National AccessAbility Week is an opportunity to recognize the individuals, organizations, and workplaces that are breaking down barriers and collaborating to create a more accessible and inclusive country for all.
