POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Environmental Services, inspects, provides service on maintenance and building systems, life systems, building contents and grounds and reports resolution and/or findings to Supervisor in writing. Performs all duties in accordance with the organization’s mission, vision, and value statements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum grade 12 with technical education/experience. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Knowledgeable in building management systems. Specific knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and/or HVAC is a definite asset. Valid Ontario Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with insurance. Good interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and ability to understand written verbal. Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction and building maintenance. Boom/Scissor lift training an asset. Building Environmental systems operator course an asset. Ability to travel to all here sites
