Statement: Technical incident relating to Oxford County’s information system

Oxford County has discovered, and is currently responding to, a technical incident relating to its information system.

At this time, all systems are operating normally and there are no changes to the services we provide to the public. 

Please know this is a quickly evolving situation with many unknowns. While we do not have more details to share at this time, I want to assure the public that a coordinated response is underway. 

As Warden, I continue to be engaged with staff and have every confidence that they have taken, and will continue to take, all necessary steps to protect residents, partners and employees.
