POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for collaborating with various partners, committees and agencies to successfully facilitate and implement the provincially legislated Community Safety and Well-Being (CSWB) Plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education in Human Services, Social Services, or related field.
- Progressive experience facilitating meetings and collaborating relationships among diverse community partners, stakeholders, and organizations. Experience within a municipal setting is an asset.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver programs, services, and outcomes.
- Ability to use a strategic approach and connect information from multiple sources to identify linkages, opportunities, and coordinated solutions.
- Knowledge of relevant trends and best practices, legislation and regulations, as they relate to this position.
