Water Treatment Services Summer Student

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Option of enrollment in OMERS defined benefit pension plan.

POSITION SUMMARY

Traveling throughout the County. Building and lawn maintenance, traffic control, completing excel spreadsheets, water sampling,  assisting staff with a variety of duties.  Working indoors, outdoors, and working alone are required.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• To be considered for a student position, you must currently be enrolled on a full-time basis at a post-secondary institution, and be returning to a post-secondary institution on a full-time basis in the fall of 2026.  Environmental Science enrollment is an asset but not a requirement
• G2 or G driver’s license and clean driving record
• Water Treatment and/or Water Distribution and Supply Water Operator in Training (OIT) licence(s) would be an asset

•    You are currently enrolled on a full-time basis at a post-secondary institution, and will be returning to a post-secondary institution on a full-time basis in the fall of 2026
•    Your driving record from last year is still acceptable (if applicable)
