POSITION SUMMARY
To provide administrative and clerical support to the Manager of Tourism in the CAO/Clerk’s Department. Goal is to
maintain accurate records to communicate accurate information to both the visiting public and to the tourism industry
within Oxford County. Maintain data and provide support with customer service, reporting, and communication.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered focusing on computerized word
processing, spreadsheet, and database.
• College education in travel and tourism is beneficial but not mandatory- Continual software upgrading courses.
- Strong grasp of computer software in Microsoft Word and Excel and online software solutions and social media
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Coordination skills for projects and events.
- Strong data organization skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to perform in a multi-tasked environment and ability to remain flexible.
- Knowledge of Oxford County.
