Large Item Collection runs from April to July in Oxford County

Changes this year include new routes in the Town of Tillsonburg
Oxford County’sLarge Item Collection, previously known as Large Article Collection, begins in Ingersoll on April 3. This special waste collection event is offered each spring in Ingersoll, Zorra, East Zorra-Tavistock, Norwich, Blandford-Blenheim and South-West Oxford. This year, Tillsonburg residents are also eligible for Large Item Collection, with the Town being split into three zones for collection starting in June.

Oxford County Council has appointed Ben Addley, Interim Chief Administrative Officer, as the County’s permanent Chief Administrative Officer effective March 9, 2023.
Addleyassumed the Chief Administrative Officer role on an interim basisin September 2022. Previously, Ben served as Oxford County’s Director/Chief of Paramedic Services, a role he held since 2016.
