Spring watermain flushing in the Town of Ingersoll

Annual spring watermain flushing starts in the Town of Ingersoll on Monday, April 17 at 8:00 a.m. Flushing will begin south-west of King Street, moving east. Once the south portion of the town is done, we will begin flushing on the north side of King Street, moving east to west beginning at 8:00 a.m. Monday, April 24. Flushing is expected to be wrapped up by Friday, April 28 at 11:30 p.m.

Tourism Oxford, Community Futures Oxford and Rural Oxford Economic Development Corporation are pleased to announce the recipients of the 2023 Tourism Innovation Grant. Reminder: In-home water quality testing

Oxford County is reminding residents that it doesn't offer in-home water quality testing after being alerted to a potential scam by a concerned citizen.

The resident alerted staff after they received a call from someone claiming to perform water-testing services on behalf of Oxford County.

Neither Oxford County nor its area municipalities currently perform in-home water testing, and County employees will not attempt to sell residents any products to improve water quality.
