If your driver’s licence is suspended 

Visit a Service Ontario location to pay the fine and associated costs. 

To pay a fine

Fines may be paid online with a Visa, MasterCard or a debit/credit combination card at payfines.ca. (NOT to be used if your driver’s licence is suspended) 

To file a request for Trial or Early Resolution, complete one of the following options

For Early Resolution requests, visit: www.ontario.ca/ticketsandfines.

For Early Resolution or Trial Requests, complete the appropriate option on the back of the ticket, scan the front and back of the ticket (photos are not acceptable) and email to poa@oxfordcounty.ca.

If depositing items into the dropbox

Please email poa@oxfordcounty.ca explaining what has been deposited (payment, extension application, request for Early Resolution, etc.). All paperwork will be processed on January 2, 2024. Extension of Time to Pay applications and Reopening applications will be reviewed on January 10, 2024.

While the ticket states that you have 15 days to take action (pay or request an Early Resolution Meeting or Trial), Oxford County extends the time to 45 days from the offence date until enforcement action is taken.

Oxford County Waste Management Facility

Regular operating hours for the Oxford County Waste Management Facility are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The Oxford County Waste Management Facility will be closed for the holidays on December 25, 2023; December 26, 2023; and Monday, January 1, 2024. 

Woodstock EnviroDepot

The Woodstock EnviroDepot is open during regular winter operating hours over the holidays. Recycling only is available Wednesday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with full service on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. There will be two “bonus days” for full service on Friday, December 22 and Friday, December 29, from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Tillsonburg Transfer Station

The Tillsonburg Transfer Station will be open for regular operating hours over the holidays, Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Online bag tag purchases

The Oxford County Administration Building will be closed from December 25, 2023, to January 1, 2024, reopening on January 2, 2024. Any bag tag purchases made online during this time will not be processed until offices reopen. A list of local retailers is available at wasteline.ca/bagtags.
