Oxford County Administration Building temporarily closed due to waterline break

The Oxford County Administration Building (OCAB) at 21 Reeve Street in Woodstock remains temporarily closed to the public as staff respond to water damage caused by a failed waterline connection in the building’s mechanical area.

Service updates

• Human Services cheque pick-up. Human (Social) Services clients will be allowed to  enter the building lobby on Monday, June 30 ONLY between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please use the Peel Street entrance.
  
  
• Garbage bag tags. Online purchases of bag tags through Shopify and in-person purchases at the OCAB Customer Service desk cannot be processed at this time. Bag tags are available at a number of retail locations across the County. Bag tags can also be requested from Customer Service at customerservice@oxfordcounty.ca or 519-539-9800, ext. 3915.
  
  
• Backflow test tags: Online purchases of tags through Shopify cannot be processed at this time. If you are a contractor in need of backflow test tags, please contact Customer Service at 519-539-9800, ext. 3915 or email customerservice@oxfordcounty.ca.
