The ACE program has been designed to promote a culture of informal, day-to-day recognition for all Oxford County employees, as well as to formally celebrate staff contributions.
Informal employee recognition can be as simple as a verbal “thank you,” a written note or an appreciative email.
Awards of Excellence, one of the formal recognition components of ACE, will provide staff with the opportunity to nominate others who have achieved excellence in the demonstration of our corporate values.
