Oxford County EMS is a division of Oxford County Department of Public Health & Emergency Services. We are dedicated to providing  24 hour pre-hospital emergency and non-emergency care and transportation to the residents and visitors of Oxford County.

Serving a population of over 102,000 and covering 2,040 kilometers, Oxford EMS employs 49 full time and 29 part time paramedics with a fleet of sixteen vehicles including twelve ambulances, three emergency response units and one support unit.

There are seven EMS stations located across the county including Woodstock, Tillsonburg, Ingersoll, Drumbo, ZorraTownship and Norwich.

Ambulance resources are dispatched through the London Central Ambulance Communication Centre, operated by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.

In addition to pre-hospital care, Oxford County Emergency Services is responsible for 9-1-1 emergency call coordination, county flood coordination, public access defibrillator program and emergency management planning for the County of Oxford. In any emergency, the County of Oxford will be working along side local municipalities and other emergency services to ensure the safety of residents and to reduce the damage caused by such an event.
