2017 Employee Engagement Survey

April 17th – 28th 2017

The results from the first Employee Engagement survey in 2014 impacted various aspects of Oxford County and led to significant changes including Oxford Grows, Flexible Work Arrangements, and the Awards of Excellence.

We want to build on this momentum and use the results from this survey to inform new and/or amended programs that will work towards ‘employing people who make a positive difference.’ We also would like to hear what is working well so that we can support the areas we are proud of and build on our strengths.

 

About the survey

Between April 17th and 28th, all Oxford County employees are invited to participate in an employee engagement survey administered by Metrics@Work. The survey is available in paper and web form and remains completely anonymous.

This time, the survey will allow us to compare data from the last survey, assess our progress towards the existing action plans, create new action items, and continue to support our strengths as an organization.
