Apr 18: Spring flushing to take place Apr 22-27
Regular spring flushing of water mains will take place from Sunday, April 22 to Friday, April 27, starting in the southwest corner of Ingersoll. Residents may notice discoloured water or sediment during this period. If you have discoloured water, flush your household water lines by running water through an outside tap or a laundry faucet that is not connected to a water softener or filter.

Jan 31: Work on Canterbury Water Treatment Facility
The Canterbury Water Treatment Facility wil be offline from Feb 1 – Feb 13 for maintenance. The water flow patterns in the area will change when it is shut down and when it is restarted; this may cause discoloured water. If your water is discoloured, please run it through a cold water tap that is not connected to treatment equipment until it is clear again.

Dec 14: Hydra Dyne fire flow testing
Customers on or near Samnah Court in Ingersoll may notice discolored water on Thursday, December 15 when fire flow testing takes place at Hydra Dyne Technology Inc. If your water is discoloured, please run it through a cold water tap that is not connected to treatment equipment until it is clear again.
