Recycling in an apartment has never been easier!

Oxford County is working on make recycling easier for residents living in apartment buildings and condos.

Buildings with more than 6 units qualify for our new recycling program. With assistance from Waste Diversion Ontario and Stewardship Ontario, we now: 

• Provide discount prices for 95 gallon recycling totes (while supplies last)
• give each resident a free apartment recycling bin when their apartment building signs up with our program and complies with program guidelines
• Hand out educational materials so you can learn more about recycling in apartment buildings or condos
• Reach out to all building owners and superintendents to start this recycling program everywhere!

 

If your building does not have a recycling program, let us know! Together, we can make recycling accessible to everyone.

Oxford County does not provide bin service. To obtain this service please contact a local waste management company found in the Yellow Pages.
