Items accepted with conditions

• Contaminated solid and asbestos - approval from landfill site supervisor required
• Tree stumps no larger than 6"
• Rubble small enough to be handled by one man 
• Railway ties/trees cut into 3 foot length
• Needles - autoclaved & in proper containers
• Infectious wardroom/animal husbandry - autoclaved & in proper containers

Items not accepted

• Burning material
• Material in burn barrels
• Chemical, liquid and pathological waste - see household Hazardous waste depot Car bodies, recreational vehicles or farm machinery
• Dead animals
• Long pieces of steel tubing or piping
• Recyclable residue from outside the County
• Objects that may damage machinery
