New bill, same service
Effective February 1, Woodstock residents will be billed for County water and wastewater services through ERTH Solutions
Woodstock residents who were billed for water and wastewater on their Woodstock Hydro bill will receive a new, separate bill for these services from ERTH Solutions effective February 1, 2016.
The change does not affect how the County delivers water and wastewater services in Woodstock, nor is there a rate increase associated with the change in billing services provider. There will be a rate change for 2016 as previously set by County Council.
With the billing change, customers who paid their Woodstock Hydro bill through a pre-authorized payment plan (PAP) will need to enroll in ERTH Solution’s plan before February 1 to ensure there is no interruption to their payments. More details about billing, including online, telephone and mail payment options, are available on the ERTH Solutions website for Woodstock customers at myaccount.oxford.erthsolutions.com.
ERTH has been serving Oxford County as its billing agent for Ingersoll and surrounding communities through its local utility, Erie Thames Powerlines, since 2000. For more information on ERTH, visit www.erthcorp.com.
