Did you know Oxford County Public Health must keep a complete immunization record for all school-aged children so they can attend school in Ontario under the Immunization of School Pupils Act?
Immunization helps protect your child from serious and potentially life-threatening illnesses, and protects everyone in the community by helping to stop the spread of contagious diseases.
If your child is starting kindergarten this year, we need to know which vaccinations your child has had already.
We will also need to know every time he or she has another “shot” or immunization from kindergarten right through to high school graduation.
