Breastfeeding offers many benefits to both mothers and babies. Did you know that last year in Oxford County 85% of mothers chose to breastfeed?
Public Health offers an in-class breastfeeding class once a month at the Public Health office in Woodstock. The class runs from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. and helps you understand the benefits of breastfeeding and how your partner or friend/family support person can help you through the early days of breastfeeding and beyond.
