Community improvement plan cover

Community Improvement Plans

A Community Improvement Plan (CIP) is a tool used to help leverage development and rehabilitation of lands, buildings and infrastructure in recognized core areas of the County. Financial incentives are made available for property and business owners to improve the aesthetics and functionality of their buildings, increasing their longevity while improving economic prospects for the downtown areas and village cores of Oxford County. Read the County's Community Improvement Plan. In addition to the County CIP, most Area Municipalities in Oxford County also have their own Community Improvement Plans.
